These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and lg89 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lg89 website at lg89.club and all associated services, products, and features made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of the lg89 platform regardless of whether they are registered account holders or visitors.

By accessing the lg89 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You must be at least 21 years of age. lg89 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of lg89 or any associated entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date for the lifetime of your account.
• You must not hold more than one active lg89 account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from duplicate registrations.

To access the full features of the lg89 platform, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Each mobile number may be associated with only one lg89 account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

• lg89 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time as determined by the platform's compliance procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.

lg89 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

lg89 supports deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Available methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at lg89's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. lg89 does not send funds to third-party accounts.
• lg89 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Chargebacks, reversed transactions, or disputed payments initiated outside of the lg89 dispute resolution process may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any amounts subject to the disputed transaction, including winnings derived from subsequently reversed funds.

lg89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the individual promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules contained in these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all lg89 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Only wagers on qualifying games count toward the wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer will be credited at the time specified in the promotion and expire as stated. Winnings from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal unless the promotion explicitly states that winnings are unrestricted cash.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lg89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all wagers and winnings, and permanent account closure without return of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place wagers, access account features, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the lg89 software, third-party game providers, or payment processing systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using the lg89 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or event, or sharing information that provides another player with an unfair competitive advantage.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, including acting as a proxy bettor or allowing another person to use your account credentials.
• Any conduct that causes or is likely to cause reputational, technical, or commercial harm to lg89, its partners, game providers, or other platform users.

lg89 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Affected accounts may be frozen immediately pending investigation, during which time funds will be held and unavailable for withdrawal.

All registered account holders have access to deposit limit tools, session time tracking, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. These tools are available from your account dashboard at any time and can be activated without contacting support. lg89 encourages all players to use these tools proactively, not only after a problem has developed.

lg89 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately. • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account by an ineligible person including anyone under the age of 21.
• Request by the account holder to close the account voluntarily, including for responsible gaming reasons such as self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed at lg89's initiative and not as a result of a breach by the account holder, any genuine account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a breach, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach and applicable legal obligations.

All content on the lg89 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of lg89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the lg89 platform without the prior written consent of lg89. The lg89 brand name, logo, and any associated trademarks may not be used in any manner without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lg89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if lg89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. lg89's aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lg89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the respective game providers; lg89 accepts no liability for the outcome of any individual game round.

lg89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lg89 will endeavour to notify registered account holders via in-platform notifications or by email to the contact details held on file. The revised Terms will state the date on which they take effect. Your continued use of the lg89 platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lg89 platform should be raised with lg89's customer support team in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. lg89 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
